Including the product name, size, color, and date of purchase helps us understand the situation faster.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, describe what happened and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue. Please keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed. Do not send payment details or your full card number in a message.
