Made to order

All products are made to order. Please allow 5 to 9 business days from order date to arrival date.

Shipping methods & delivery times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if the shipping method supports it. Tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States only.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order changes & cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it is in transit we are unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
